Back six years ago as a student on a university was dealing with hard work and less time, so searching found hosting services, dealing with 4 companies no more than a year of webhosting, I learn the hard way, slow servers, bad customer support, rare billing systems, MSN Messenger in my knees low support, and the worst of all "hdd crashed and no backup" (my personal black december´07). So I found Proaxxs, move 60+ domains in the basic plan, I found comfort on new plans with XEON and huge memory, and the best test when they detect problems and move data to a new HDD, send me support comments, a transparency of services I like it a lot. Now I feel free of all those issues, and really thinking on vacations no worries. I have the best proaxxsitive webhosting.

The "Fully Managed server" services that I get through Proaxxs has been superb. My questions are always answered thoroughly and promptly (always within 30 minutes) as per their promise. Proaxxs offers me great technical support and service is excellent. This is one thing I always appreciate over others. It's so nice to find someone with staying power who takes care of their clients! I was very nervous about signing up for a outsourced plan because I thought it was too cheap but went ahead and tried it out. I'm telling you it was the best decision I have ever made! Not only are all my server problems taken care of but all by customers are getting the best support ever. I have never seen a support ticket take more than 4 hours and most are taken care of in less than 2. This is amazing at the price I paid! I have now been a happy Proaxxs customer for 3 months.
